The type of research used descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Sukorejo, Klaten in 2022. The research subjects were principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of 21st-century character education at SD Negeri 2 Sukorejo, Klaten was carried out by integrating into the Learning Implementation Plan and then implemented into learning. The contribution of the results of this study as a source of scientific information for teachers in schools regarding the implementation of 21st Century Character Education in Mathematics Learning for Elementary School Students.</p> Desti Rahayu Sabar Narimo Achmad Fathoni Copyright (c) 2024 Desti Rahayu, Sabar Narimo, Achmad Fathoni 2024-05-30 2024-05-30 2 1 1 7 The Implementation of Islamic Entrepreneurship Education to Build Independent and Responsibility Character of Students (Santri) in Islamic Boarding Schools: A Field Research <p>The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Islamic entrepreneurship education in shaping the independent and responsible character of students (santri) in Islamic boarding schools. The research approach used descriptive-qualitative research. This research was conducted by Islamic boarding school Manager Tholabie Buring Malang in 2022. The data collection process used three methods including (1) observation; (2) interview; and (3) documentation. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation. The data analysis process uses four namely: collecting data, data reduction, data presentation, verification, or conclusion. The results showed that in the implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship education at Islamic boarding schools, Manager Tholabie provides entrepreneurial teaching that is connected to religious knowledge so that it can form the independent and responsible attitude of students (santri). The research approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological paradigm. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu in 2022. Data collection techniques using (1) participant observation; (2) in-depth interviews; (3) documentation. The analysis method used (1) deduction method; (2) induction method; and (3) comparison method. The conclusion of the research reveals that the implementation of the program to establish Dhuha and Zuhur prayers in congregation can strengthen the character of gratitude in students both physically, psychologically, and socially. The implications of the results of this study as a source of scientific information, especially those related to the program of establishing prayers in congregation in strengthening the Islamic character of school students.</p> Joko Utomo Copyright (c) 2024 Joko Utomo 2024-05-29 2024-05-29 2 1 16 22 Parental Contribution on Developing Moral Character in Adolescent Social Media Users <p>The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of parents in fostering characterful morals in adolescents who use social media. This research uses a qualitative approach, the research method uses phenomenology. This research was conducted in Pagar Dewa Village, Selebar District, Bengkulu City in 2023. The subjects of this research were adolescents and parents in Pagar Dewa Village, Selebar District. The data collection process used three instruments, namely (1) observation; (2) interviews; and (3) documentation. The data analysis process in this study used Milles and Huberman model analysis. The conclusion of the research reveals that in educating their children, parents fully provide a major role and contribution to the development of their children, in fostering morals in their children, namely teaching and modeling, and giving advice to their children. The research approach used qualitative research. This research was conducted at MI Al-Ittihadul Islamiyah, Ampenan, Ampenan sub-district in 2022. The research subjects were teachers and students. The methods used in data collection in this study were (1) observation method; (2) interview method; and (3) documentation method. The data analysis process consists of three steps, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The implementation of character education in MI Al-Ittihadul Islamiyah Ampenan has been running quite well by integrating character education in school management activities, learning activities, and extracurricular activities.
